Digicel Group social mediaDuring my time at Digicel Group I had the opportunity to work closely with Ross on the ambitious project of the operational deployment of our Customer Care strategy for social media. Ross demonstrated quickly his talent when it comes to Social media strategy by developing a realistic and articulated plan for Digicel, including tooling and processes. He created a Social media support handbook that constituted most of the training material used in Customer care teams across all Caribbean markets. While he created the content, he also delivered, via face-to-face and webinars, numerous training sessions, and by such transmitting his passion for this subject. He taught the teams on how to create online videos and use effective short footage to help our customers.
